#GFGPod Ep11: Terminator: Dark Fate – Trailer Talk

This marks our 11th podcast episode, where four of the GFG guys are about to share their thoughts on the first trailer for Terminator: Dark Fate. Join myself, Dan, Macky and Brindle, as we analyse the first footage from Terminator: Dark Fate, and delve into what we loved and what has us worried for this long-awaited sequel. With T:DF acting as the direct sequel to Terminator 2: Judgment Day – kinda following the same path as the recent Halloween sequel – Dark Fate will ignore all sequels after the beloved T2. So thankfully there will be no more Rise of the Machines, Salvation (my favourite of the weaker sequels) and *shudder* Genisys. Triumphant or Terminated? Given that both James Cameron (director of The Terminator and T2) and Linda Hamilton (the mother of The Resistance) are returning to the franchise for the first time in 28 years, and that Schwarzenegger is BACK, this sequel has a lot of potential; as well as a lot to live up to. If this is yet another disappointment in the Terminator franchise, then maybe its time to terminate any future sequels!
