In this episode we learn more about the aforestation campaigns in Sharjah. We begin our journey by visiting Al Munthather reserve. Al Muntather Reserve, is distinguished by its desert nature, and the abundance of trees, pastures and wild plants in it. The reserve is located on Sharjah Maleiha Road, and covers an area of 9 square kilometres. It is home to over one and a quarter million Al Ghaf and Sedr trees and is considered an integrated reserve with its trees and wild plants. In this episode, we meet the King of the Jungle. Abdul Karim takes us to the Serengeti of Sharjah Safari, where we learn more about unique facts of a lion. We start the tour at Serengeti which celebrates the largest migration of animals in the world every year, as large groups of herbivores migrate across the Serengeti plains, and works to attract predators and animals that feed on carrion, crossing the Mara River, where Nile crocodiles lie in the murky waters, a dangerous predator to migratory herbivores. The fifth region, Nkorongoro, formed from an extinct crater, is a unique ecosystem and home to some of Africa's most famous species.
