Which is impressive considering I basically grew up raised by VHS tapes and late-night cable. Starting this movie, I honestly had no idea what the hell I was watching. Was it a Lethal Weapon knockoff? Some forgotten 80s cop thriller? Or one of those movies that would’ve been a permanent resident on MonsterVision back in the day? Turns out… it might be a little bit of all of that.
