Today is a conversation on what are we going through

Are you feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just even don't know what to do next? Today's show I'm kind of giving it up to the universe to guide me what to talk about because we're all in the stirred up ness of what can we do in the decisions that we're trying to make but yet do we have the energy to walk through to make those decisions. Sometimes it's just easier just to keep walking forward without anything to do or you just see here kind of numb. We're in the middle of a lot of transmissions of planets and the miracle of a lot of this time shifting going on the dimensions are waking up the realities are coming in and the split of a lot of these different knowings. As you can tell in even this description I'm really writing a lot of these new awakenings coming in and it's been kind of not necessarily overwhelming for me yet at the same time like I just like all of a sudden felt like I needed to put my head down and I'm asleep which I never do that not a sleeper during the day I may rest but I'm not a sleeper and I'm even going to sleep pretty quickly at night which is not like me. I've had conversations with some people that you know they're just tired and there's some that are like being put into decision making modes that they weren't ready for so what I'm asking you to do is just be patient with me and you know see what's going to come up on this show . I will be channeling a deity and not sure who yet and also I will be pulling oracle cards through the show. Negotiating Emotional Rabbit Holes with Paul Sheehan

Many of us have metaphorical rabbit holes. As we live life you know we always have triggers that may cause us to go down the mental rabbit hole of language and things we say to ourselves and others many a times. I am excited to have Paula Sheehan on my show as we are going to be talking about the emotional rabbit holes. Staying out of our own rabbit hole and others is not always easy because many of are going through some big emotions especially right now with the help of Mercury in the sign cancer the sign of emotions, I have been witnessing so many people being upset, triggered, and negotiating anger with frustrations which can cause some of these negative languages we go through saying to our selve and others. There's a big difference between a positive rabbit hole and a negative one . So when we talk negatively to ourselves when we are in our rabbit hole is so important because we can change the depth of the rabbit hole or help others with their depth of rabbit hole by how we interact with it or react to it. I'm excited about having this conversation because you never know where it's going to go with Paula and I because we both have a lot of history negotiating our own rabbit holes including others rabbit holes and you know it's interesting what we can learn from ourselves about ourselves and about others by witnessing instead of driving jumping into the rabbit hole with them. Paula Sheehan is an intuitive healer that comes to the spiritual arena with 20+ years of experience in athletic training and sports medicine. After spending decades working in western medicine, she started a family. Finally, in her mid 50’s began integrating new awareness and beliefs to her already holistic approach to healing and educating those that cross her journey’s path. Exposure to all things spiritual provided many new interests and tools to utilize for healing herself and others. Tarot card reading and her love of crystals and minerals has provided her connection to spirit with a physical component supporting her new path. She is currently pursuing a certification in Lithotherapy (crystal therapy) to elevate her working knowledge of the ever-growing field of crystal healing. Eventually incorporating sound therapies and other beneficial techniques into practice continues to be a goal. Helping people of all ages heal and grow through knowledge of self has become a passion. Sparking collective interest in looking at life’s journey differently and allowing ownership and trust in one’s own journey has become a focus moving forward. She is extremely happy and excited to be taking her journey to the next level, and helping others to do the same. Don't Stand in Fear Be Proactive

On today's show I'm going to be talking about the fear; about how when we stand in fear it actually stops the interaction that the universe wants us to know about. Just a question what would happen if we lost water, What would you do? If we lost power what would you do? Those are some of the deep down questions that we're having right now in our world and what would we do about that what would we do with that Would we stand in fear or would we be proactive? When we proactively think how can I do this how can I manage this how can we be with the energies that are walking forward Then we're actually able to see how the universe can help us. Today I'm going to give some tools some tools that I have worked through some tools that I've witnessed other people and just the understanding that sometimes acknowledging fear is a good thing it's the how do you move through it to a proactiveness is the benefit that the universe would like us to be. To Tell The Truth or Not w Regan Forston

I'm excited to have Regen Forston on my show and he will and I will be talking about when to tell the truth when not to and how to be authentic with ourselves. I know for me that I've been working through a lot of this and also we're going to maybe talk about the masking that we do the masking is something that we kind of over accomplish or over state what we can do or we stay on so much because we can't let down our guard for who we are which is not necessarily telling the truth yet it is telling a truth. It's going to be an interesting conversation because we've all been having a difficult time with the energies right now in my observation as it's interesting that so many people are blurting out opinions but they're not discerning their way through How are other people going to perceive that Well is that when we should really tell the truth maybe or maybe not. Lets Find Our Self-Empowerment
