episode Céline Ryf cover

Céline Ryf

When Céline was 18, she was plagued by back pain, which led her to start practicing yoga. She quickly noticed positive changes on physical and mental levels. Céline not only felt lighter and more flexible, but also more balanced and calm. In 2006, she discovered Jivamukti Yoga. What fascinated Céline was the modern way of practicing yoga, rooted in tradition. It became clear to her that Jivamukti is about a lifestyle and a lifelong practice, a promise to stand up for the good of others and to live as non-violently as possible. Céline wanted to share the great gift of yoga and completed the Jivamukti teacher training. episode Rebeca Recatero cover

Rebeca Recatero

Born and raised in Madrid, Rebeca first heard about yoga as a child from her grandmother, a dedicated practitioner and teacher in the 80s. However, it wasn’t until years later, while living in Sydney, that she truly discovered her own path through the transformative practice of Jivamukti Yoga. After every session, she felt a sense of clarity and calm that sparked a deep desire to dive even deeper into the practice. Since then, Rebeca has been a devoted student of the Jivamukti method, and she feels incredibly grateful for her teachers' guidance. Today, her classes reflect her daily practice and her love for the natural world. Deeply committed to animal rights, Rebeca sees her teaching as a humble way to help us all live a little happier and a lot freer. Her goal is simple: to share the depth of yoga with as many people as possible. You can now find her teaching and leading the Jivamukti Yoga school in Madrid.
