Beskrivelse

Send us Fan Mail [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2254682/fan_mail/new] Your vote is supposed to be sacred,  but what if the system is designed to take it away? This episode of the KYRC Podcast tackles voter suppression and the tools utilized to make it happen. Millions of Americans are being silenced through gerrymandering, restrictive voter ID laws, and the dangerous SAVE Act, which could strip citizenship proof requirements from the most vulnerable communities. Chaotic polling stations, gutted voting rights protections, and felon disenfranchisement aren't accidents,  they're weapons. The 1965 Voting Rights Act bled for, marched for, and died for,  is being dismantled piece by piece.  Description End Tag Be sure to follow KYRC across social platforms:  Facebook - @yourrightscamp Twitter - @yourrightscamp Instagram - @yourrightscamp TikTok - @yourrightscamp Please subscribe to our YouTube channel.  www.knowyourrightscamp.org [https://www.knowyourrightscamp.org] YouTube Hashtags #VoterSuppression, #VotingRights, #SAVEAct, #Democracy, #Gerrymandering ,#VoterIDLaws, #VotingRightsAct ,#ElectionIntegrity, #CivilRights, #PoliticalAwakening, #AmericanPolitics, #SystemicRacism, #FelonDisenfranchisement, #ProtectThVote, #USPolitics, #VoteMatters ,#PoliticalEducation, #SuppressedVoices, #ElectionReform, #Disenfranchisement, Support the show [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2254682/support]
