In this podcast I conducted an interview with Mr. David Walker and discussed some of the challenges and issues in ID&T today.  Some of the questions that were addressed were as follows: 1. What do you consider to be the biggest challenges in the field of Instructional Design & Technology Today. 2. How do you approach the integration of emerging technologies into instructional design? What challenges do these technologies pose for educators and students? For example, AI.   3. With how educational technology is rapidly advancing, how do you ensure that all students, regardless of socioeconomic background, have equitable access to learning opportunities? How could we address the "digital divide"?   4. How do you ensure student data privacy and security when using digital platforms for learning and assessment?   5. How do you address resistance from educators who may be hesitant to incorporate technology into their teaching practices?   6.
