What a guy Nick Mair is! After experiencing his own struggles with anxiety and depression, including a call to Lifeline at his lowest point, Nick Mair decided to leave the corporate world behind and transition into a career focused on mental health advocacy. Now a dedicated advocate for mental health, Nick's built a new career coaching, training in Mental Health First Aid, and facilitating sessions around psychosocial hazards in workplaces. Nick is also the founder of ‘The Mental Health Pack’ and hosts ‘The Man O'Clock Show’ podcast where he uses humour and empathy to connect with men about some really important issues. It was amazing to sit down with Nick to chat about his journey, his own recovery, and how he's using what he's learned along the way to support men opening up about their mental health. He's worked in corporate law, HR, business management and private equity investment. Until he stepped down in 2019, Ian spent 13 years as CEO of the Royal Automotive Club of Queensland.
