It is very important to move our bodies for our health’s sake. Exercising is not subjected or limited to only people who wants to lose nor gain weight but it is a responsibility for everyone who strive for a good health. It’s exactly like drinking water some may not like it but they do it either way because it’s relatively important for their health so as exercising.. I strongly recommend choosing exercises that you enjoy to make things easier, you can even opt. For a certain sport of your choice or join a dancing class that is still part of “moving your body”. Let’s move our bodies! Remembering that “Health is the new Wealth” 🧘🏽♀️. .. Thank You for listening, I love you all!
