Most people think confidence is something you either have or don’t. That’s wrong. There are actually three different types of confidence, and confusing them is why so many capable people still feel stuck, insecure, or inconsistent. More importantly, I explain why chasing the feeling of confidence keeps you unstable, why relying on skill confidence limits your growth, and why mindset confidence is the one that actually changes your life.
