Hello!! I hope that you are doing well. Thank you for being here. So, let me ask you a question: Are you obsessed with being the "best"? Do you feel like you have to live up to some sort of perfection? If so, this episode might be helpful. Self acceptance and growth can exist together, you do not need to be constantly growing or even beating yourself up to be the best every single day.
