Terry and Danielle begin by discussing how to start dieting and working out. They give tips they wish they had known when they started and the steps you should take when beginning. They touch on DAIRY products and ALCOHOL, how they affect your body, and if it's worth consuming them. Next, they go into how much sleep your body needs to function properly. They're so many crazy facts you probably didn't know about this topic. Sleep affects growth hormone, muscle building, emotions, appetite, weight, and much more!! Are you in the wrong business?? Danielle grills Terry on how he switched businesses and asks him what tips he would give someone who is in the same position. Last but not least.... CAN YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOUR EX?!! Hahaha.
