One Immune Voice
The One Immune Voice podcast series has been developed and funded by Janssen-Cilag Ltd in partnership with 6 patient organisations. With the health service over-stretched and under increasing pressure, navigating the healthcare system effectively is even more important for people living with autoimmune and immune-mediated conditions. In this episode, we explore how to get the most out of healthcare appointments and how to maximise the services available to support day-to-day living with a condition, as well as when flare-ups occur. Our host, Claudia Hammond, is joined in episode 4 by Alida Horne, Volunteer Coordinator from Lupus UK and Dominic Urmston, Patient Advocacy and Communications Manager, from the Psoriasis Association . They discuss what 'joined-up' health services look like and how to get the most from the support available following a diagnosis.
