In this Episode, I discuss about one of the main silent killers, which is Obesity, talk about some of the issues that has been partially the reason(s) what has been causing this issue in smaller communities and how we can create the smallest decisions and solutions in overcoming and avoiding from becoming a statistic when it comes to Obesity.
