Beskrivelse

Celebrity memoirs always sell. Why? Because they always give the illusion that you are learning more about the person you are reading about. They are capitalizing off of your interest in their lives, their careers, and their stories that have yet to be told. Most of the time, they seem to disappoint and not have the longevity we want them to have. In today's episode, I review Jennette McCurdy's memoir to see if it breaks the mold of a typical celebrity memoir while also talking about the affects social media have on the way we consume content and form parasocial relationships. Tune in! This is a good one!
