Reverse Jackass
We’re getting medical on episode 41 of the Reverse Jackass podcast! Nick takes us inside his first colonoscopy experience, from pre-procedure dread to the unexpected joy of waking up peacefully drugged, pain-free, and newly in possession of a full-colour photo album of his own pristine colon. He also offers a surprisingly sincere PSA: get your colonoscopy, especially if colon cancer runs in your family. It’s less horrifying than your imagination wants it to be. Evelyn counters with her own scope story, including the Canadian version where you’re apparently awake enough to watch your own insides on screen and think, “Wow, that’s my bum.” From there, the conversation spirals into ranking drugs of choice: colonoscopy bliss, Ativan, Pasadena, gluten-free orange polenta cake, and buttered panettone eaten over the kitchen sink like a total trash goblin. America gives you glossy colon photos for the fridge; Canada gives you partial consciousness and no souvenir. Somehow, both countries still agree: that little hospital nap? Five stars. TEXT US!...and we'll respond, because that's the kind of people we are. [https://www.buzzsprout.com/2562954/fan_mail/new] ============= Want to get in touch with Nick & Evelyn?
