As millennial women, the question of whether or not to get work done has been a topic of discussion for most of our lives. Minor adjustments, such as filler and Botox, are no longer the splurge they once were. And more dramatic alterations are becoming more common place and normalized than ever before thanks to the influx of celebrities and influencers sharing their experiences under the knife. And yet, time and time again, white people have taken what they've wanted and left the creators behind.
