Descripción

As the host of the podcast episode, I had the pleasure of discussing various aspects of supporting LGBTQ+ employees during Pride Month with Roxana Baçian. I appreciated Roxana’s balanced perspective on areas such as the importance of celebrating Pride, creating safe spaces in the workplace, and the role of allies in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals. Roxana cleverly illustrates the roles of inclusive language, pronouns, and open communication. This is one of my favourite conversations so far on the podcast. It underscores the value of empathy, education, and being proactive in creating a more inclusive workplace for all employees. ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast.
