A short pilot episode designed and created for the Rode Podcast contest My Rode Cast.  In this first episode I go through the basic background on how I got my interest into live production and broadcast based video productions. And why one of the most important elements of getting better in this line of work is to work your way up from the ground levels of a crew before you reach the upper levels of responsibility in a broadcast control booth.
