A Family Of Magical Cats

I had the honor of communicating with three cats from the same human family. All three cats were in spirit when I communicated with them. One of the cats visited me on the morning of her appointment by brushing across my legs in a very tangible way. That same evening, she visited her beloved human in the exact same way. The story that unfolded between those visitations was amazing and left me with a lot to think about.

Plant intelligence connects us more deeply with the great mystery and at the same time, gives us a greater understanding of ourselves. Why I Talk To Plants And Animals

Engaging with plant and animal consciousness isn’t exactly a traditional career path. In this episode, I talk about why I do what I do. The Joy Of Dandelion

I picked joy as my word for 2024, in part because I don't automatically remember to inhabit joy in my daily life. In exploring what it would be like to consciously add the notes of joy to my daily life, I discovered the medicine of dandelion.  Dandelion invites us to experience joy by shedding the gunk we accumulate over a lifetime and being free to be our silly, joyful, luminous selves.

Making Space to Dream

In this episode, I share wisdom I received from a ceanothus plant.  That wisdom led me to explore the ancient Roman Saturnalia festival, which took place around the time of the winter solstice.  The wisdom of ceanothus encourages us to embrace some aspects of Saturnalia.  It encourages us to set aside our daily obligations for a bit, to find space to connect with our dreams, and to allow those dreams to take root and grow as the light of the new year approaches.
