In the very first episode, Advaith, Siddharth, and Shardul talk about how they, independent from each other, came to question most of their conventional belief and value systems - systems which have been created by their interactions with our families, friends, and society at large. They also take a closer look at how these beliefs and values come to be formed, and how big an impact they have on our overall happiness and satisfaction with life. They conclude by looking at ways in which an individual can try to break free from such systems and have a shot at discovering lasting happiness independent of societal approvals
