A Running Start in Real Estate with Skylar Oberst

Did you know the average age of a realtor is 53 years old... yeah neither did I... In this episode we talk with Skylar Oberst a Spokane realtor about his real estate career as a newer and younger real estate agent (22) . With nearly 3 years of real estate experience and already $5 million in sales, this guy is on his way to do big things and I'm happy to talk to him in his beginning stages and to hear from someone who is doing, not someone "who did".  Listen to hear his advice on getting started in real estate, how he got started in real estate, how Skylar got his first deal and his advice to any new incoming agents. Skylar will soon be a top agent of the state now doubt, so listen now and pick his brain while we still can.  Skylar can be contacted at realtorskylar@gmail.com or (509) 218-0205 for any real estate questions or needs. - Be sure to mention The Running Start Podcast! 3.Starting my First Business.

Welcome to the Running Start Podcast. Todays episode is discussing when I started my first business and discussing some of the things I learned. Our economy is currently going through a entrepreneurial bubble where we are getting a lot of self proclaimed business owners that don’t legally run a business and may not have a fully established business. What I discovered is there are many things to think about and take care of before opening your doors for business to have a smooth start to your venture and avoid any costly legal issues down the road. What if you choose a name that’s already taken? What specific licensing do you need? Know what you need before you get started. I will be making new and updated variations of this episode going forward.
