Ollie and Lewis welcome Russ Bray to the pod. Russ 'the voice' Bray is best known as a darts referee for the PDC, his '180' is recognised by darts fans across the world, he has been part of some of the greatest matches ever. We learn more about the man himself, including his talents as a high jumper and footballer before spending many years working for the Met police force. Henry Paul

Ollie and Lewis welcome Henry Paul to the pod. Henry is a former international dual code rugby player. Henry represented New Zealand in rugby league and England in rugby union. He once held the world record for the most consecutive kicks on the field. Henry still holds the record of kicking the most goals in a Super League season with 178 for Bradford back in 2001 and the record for the most goals in a game, being 14, when playing for Bradford in 2000. Henry played in two great rugby league sides, Wigan Warriors (94-98) and Bradford Bulls (98-01) before moving across to rugby union, playing in a Gloucester side that were national champions.  Listen to hear about Henry's playing career and his journey into coaching. Simon Lee

Ollie and Lewis welcome Simon Lee to the pod. Simon is the CEO of ONEHOCKEY, a company based in the North of England delivering hockey to adults and juniors for performance and recreational purposes. Listen to Simon's sporting journey where he discusses how he started his business at the age of 18, leaving a secure full time job to follow his dream. From creating a hockey coaching company to developing a netball, rugby and cricket strand along with a retail store called One Sports Warehouse. Ollie and Lewis welcome Ollie Whiteman to the pod. Ollie is a Sports Performance Nutritionist (SENr). He runs his own business OWNutrition, working with elite athletes including professional jockeys, a football academy, elite university scholars and private clients. Listen to Ollie's sporting journey where he discusses his time at University, setting up his own consultancy business and gives some fantastic tips and insights into sports nutrition, discussing the impact of carbohydrate and caffeine on performance. Karen Caballero

Ollie and Lewis welcome Karen Caballero to the pod. Karen is a former Filipino Archer, and an advocate for Women in Sport. Listen to learn about Karen's journey, growing up in the Philippines, being a National Archer to more recently holding roles such as the Chef De Mission for the Asia Games, President of the National Federation for Sepaktakraw and Deputy Secretary General of the Philippine Olympic Committee. All of these roles as a volunteer. Karen speaks passionately about her advocacy for Women in Sport and the challenges and obstacles she and other women face.
