I wanted to get this episode released sooner but with having hand surgery, the pain and medication didn't agree with smelling and tasting the nuances of supreme whiskey and bourbon. What goes into new oak barrels? What might tasting it do for us? What I found out is that it tastes just as good but the charred oak makes it taste even better over time.
