Hi beautiful people long time no episode! I missed you guys so much! Welcome back ❤️💋🌸 I n today’s episode, we talk about letting go. Letting go not as a one-time act, but as an art—something that requires practice, surrender, and acceptance. From everyday moments like dealing with traffic delays, to the bigger things like releasing friendships or relationships that have run their course, this episode reflects on how we cling to control and how FREEING it can be to loosen our grip. Some of the aspects of letting go that we touch on: • Acceptance: starting from where you are without shame or guilt. • Control vs. the now: recognizing how little we actually control, and choosing peace in the present. • Fear & scarcity vs. abundance: moving from “what if it all goes wrong?” to “what if it works out beautifully?” • Changing your reaction: shifting from fear-based responses to ones rooted in hope, abundance, and gratitude. • Delegation as letting go: seeing collaboration not as losing control, but as creating space and sharing growth.

Sn 2 Eps 10 🌸 - Imposter Syndrome Isn’t Truth—It’s a Pattern. And You Can Break It.

Hello beautiful people! This week, I hit record before I let overthinking stop me (again). We’re diving into one of those topics that lives in the shadows: imposter syndrome. That sneaky little thief that creeps in, whispers you’re not enough, and convinces you to shrink even when you’re more than ready to show up. In this episode, I unpack how imposter syndrome shows up in my own life—from hesitating to ask for compensation to avoiding leadership roles, even when I know I’m qualified. I share where it might come from and how it’s deeply connected to the subconscious mind—the place where old beliefs live rent-free, replaying outdated scripts. We talk about: * The clinical definition of imposter syndrome vs. how it actually feels in real life • How it shows up in everyday moments • The role of the subconscious mind in keeping us stuck in fear-based loops • Why imposter syndrome often comes from our past selves—and how to invite your adult self to take the lead • Real ways to begin rewiring your thoughts, curbing negative self-talk, and building self-trust through repetition, reflection, and kindness This isn’t a one-episode fix. But it’s a start. A beginning of learning to hear that voice, name it, and decide it doesn’t get to run the show anymore.

Sn 2 Eps 8 🌸 - “I Said I’d Talk About It Later” - An Interview

“If my 2023 self was a meme, what would it be?” That’s where we begin — with laughs, chaos, and meme-worthy energy. But this interview, led by my longtime friend Sarah, quickly moves into something more intimate. We finally get into the questions I’ve been meaning to get to in later episodes—the ones I kept saying “I’ll talk about later.” We unpack friendship breakups, guilt, therapy, the loudness of the inner critic, and how I slowly found my voice again after a toxic living situation abroad. From redefining self-care to choosing softness, from the joy (and practicality!) of shaving my head to unlearning the “mom friend” habit — this is one of the most honest conversations I’ve ever had on the podcast. It’s vulnerable, messy, funny, and beautifully human. And now it’s yours too. Don't forget to follow us on your preferred podcast platform and Instagram too! 🌸💋
