Transform Today and Do it Again Tomorrow
People get nervous around the word "meditation," so in today's episode, I'm rebranding it. Let's just call it "quiet along time," so you can be free to make it yours. Sitting alone in silence just for 10 minutes a day can help your brain find more focus and direction and release some anxiety. If you make this part of your daily routine, you'll start to notice small changes over time that can snowball into bigger changes, all by sitting in silence with yourself.
