This is how I discovered that many top managers from Italy were having difficulty understanding English in a very specific contest. All of them had difficulty understanding English when they were at conventions or in cases where someone was speaking for an extended period of time. This difficulty is traced back to their first contact with English when their first teacher teùlls them, 'test - head, naso - nose".
