People approach me to teach them to manage anxiety and stress. They want immediate symptomatic relief; the answer will be different. Others want to go deeper into practices so that they can empower their mind to refuse to be stressed. These people are more dedicated than the first group. What I do?-4 Awakening, Realization and Transformation Our life is habitual, heavily conditioned with daily sleep, waking, dream, few cherished thoughts, actions, emotions, feelings etc. we repeat the same thought, speech, actions and feelings again and again but expecting different results like permanent peace, happiness, love and wisdom. Eastern Wisdom shows us , how to break the conditionings, purify the mind to get right perception leading to right action in day to day life. when mind breaks the sense- perception , mental-perception it reflects the real self which is known as right perception. What I Do-2 Manage problems of life? Eastern Wisdom says that the world has no problems, the world itself is a problem and suffering. Because the world is constantly changing when reflected in mind, the mind creates strong likes and dislikes, resulting in wrong notions of profit and loss, victory and defeat, pain and pleasure, etc. It is the mind that lives in ignorance causes by projecting and seeking happiness, love, and wisdom. all problems originate with wrong notions in the mind that seeks happiness in the world. When the mind is made pure by educating and disciplining it, we drop wrong notions resulting in dissolving the challenges of life.
