BS: Body Standards or Bullsh*t?

This week we touch the surface of the overall BS that is included in the societal body standards. Growing up at 90's babies with cigarette skinny as our "role models" and in the era of America's Next Top Model, we know all about how it feels to be surrounded by skinny propaganda. We used to feed into the bullshit but now we FEED OUR SELVES! Let's chat about how to maintain a realistic healthy way of life without basing your choices around attaining a certain aesthetic and focusing on how to fuel your body in a reasonable and enjoyable way!
