A day in the life of a nearly 100-year old Lancaster County family farm

Hemp was legalized in 2019, triggering a boom in Lancaster County where farmers wanted to cash in on what seemed like a cash crop. The rush into the industry flooded the market with CBD and hemp products, causing prices to fall off a steep cliff. In that time some were left in regulation limbo, waiting for FDA guidelines, a new farm bill, and eventually dealing with new definitions under the most recent federal funding bill.
