May is Mental Health Awareness Month! When I created this podcast, I wanted it to include ALL parts of life. For me, mental health struggles, have not been tied directly to agriculture but for so many people they are. In this solo episode, I decided to highlight some statistics and facts about mental health in agriculture and also share my own journey with anxiety!
