Beskrivelse

In this episode I share about the concern for youth and sports today in regards to the victim mentality. I share my take on having personal responsibility as mentors to help athletes disconnect from this mindset. In order to reach our highest potential we cannot blame others for not reaching our goals. I share with listeners where victim mindset stems from and provide useful tools on how to overcome this mindset; shifting from scarcity and victim into growth and abundance.
