Anchormen Ep39 Obedience with Dan Ball Pt.1

It begins with childhood and being obedient to our parents, teachers, then spouses and supervisors and law enforcement officials. That's the obedience we all grew up knowing.  God has another definition of OBEDIENCE that's explained in the new covenant teaching in  Galatians 6:5-8 5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. 6 Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. 7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, 8 because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free. We are focusing on verse 7 here to Serve Wholeheartedly. Not to serve for our self righteousness but from the righteousness that God gave us through Jesus. Dan Ball and his wife have partnered with a couple groups to serve the needs of the community.
