Sellers in the market have a tendency to make certain mistakes that can either prevent them from maximizing the outcome of their sale or derail it altogether. It’s my goal to ensure that no seller sabotages themself in this way, so today I’ll fill you in on the top three mistakes that sellers make so that way you can find success with your own listing.

Who should you hire to help you meet your real estate goals: an individual agent or a team? Individual agents have been around for as long as the industry has existed, but this doesn’t necessarily make them the superior option. In fact, modern industry standards tell us that the individual agent is rapidly going extinct—and there’s a good reason why.

If you’re a home seller and you’re frustrated with the lack of commitment buyers are showing in our market, today’s video is for you. There's a segment of buyers out there who you might be discounting the validity of or ignoring altogether, but you should change your mind; they're awesome buyers. I’m talking about VA buyers, or those who are using a VA loan to buy a home. To find out why you should strongly consider doing business with these buyers, listen to this audio.

At the Beer Home Team, client care is our No. 1 priority. We give it our all every day to make sure the buyers and sellers who trust us with their real estate goals are given the best service possible. After all, it takes a lot of hard work (and a lot of experienced professionals) to take a deal from contract to close. In today’s message, we’re going to take you “behind the curtain” in our office so that you can learn for yourself what goes into every deal we handle.

If you’re putting your home on the market, there’s a good chance you’ll receive a contingent offer from a buyer. Obviously, this type of offer comes with a drawback—it’s dependent on another home selling, which is out of your control. However, it would be a mistake to automatically discard all contingent offers, and today I’ll tell you why. In fact, some contingent offers are better than non-contingent offers.
