Our identities are always becoming something. Either more of what we want, or less. And the small new things we do every day are the building blocks of who we're becoming. Like the habits we're trying, the shifts we're making. This practice is about naming them so they take root. Not analyzing. Not measuring results. Just pausing to say: this is something I do now.
