ep. 3: we're back! summer recap, hyrox prep, grieving losses and rebirth

home is not a place, it's a feeling. mel d. and ccap are back, finding themselves back at home after a few months of grief and loss, training with focus and intentionality for Hyrox Chicago, and establishing the "rebirth" over revenge when it comes to the healing and re-creating the feeling of home within themselves, and in their communities.

catching up from last time, and diving into a little bit about how each of us think we might be remembered if we left this world, in present-day. mel d has thought about this before while ccap is a bit more guarded around the idea of dying right now. both of them nail it as far as what they're likely to be remembered by. and yes, they went to the festival anyway, legend has it mel d. has still not rested, but we did not crash on someone's couch, nor sleep in the car, besties. it's always: let's go home.
