Beskrivelse

In this episode we discuss the fourth and final agreement from The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. The fourth agreement is always do your best. Ruiz shares that doing or best will be different depending on the day or our mood, but if we commit to doing our best it can shift how we evaluate ourselves and others and liberate us from unnecessary pressure and disappointment. In this episode we discuss what it means to do our best, the importance of doing our best with our expectation of reward, and learning from our mistakes. To conclude we will participate in a short mindfulness practice together. If you would like to read and listen along you can purchase a copy of the book using the link below.
