How did the U.S. Open Pickleball Championships in Naples, Florida become "The Largest Pickleball Party in the World?" It starts by creating a positive, uplifting, contagious, high-energy culture. But how do you do that? Isn't this the environment we want, regardless of where we are and what we do?  You don't have to be one of those pickleball nuts to appreciate this episode.  I took note of some key principles at work during this massive event, lessons that will benefit us all if we apply them in our world. Not your Typical Happy New Year Message
