Finding Bliss - Discussing moments of pure perception into the nature of Reality

What is the Universe? Hinderances in the pursuit of happiness. (Depths of Consciousness Series - Part2)

The Yoga Sutras tell us that there are 5 hinderances to bliss in life.  These are called Kleshas.  These Kleshas more than hinderances to bliss are also the cause of all suffering.  Once these Kleshas are eliminated from the mind, suffering instatntly goes away!   I discuss these five Kleshas and how they manifest in our everyday lives.  I describe how they distort our perception of reality, which ultimately is what causes us pain.   In addition, I give a detailed account of the universe from the perspective of Higher Consciousness in an effort to demonstrate how these Kleshas distort our perception while simultaneously showing how this universe is not an inanimate non-living thing, but in actuality, it is just as conscious as you and I.   Lastly, I give an account of my traumatic childhood to provide a reference point of how the Kleshas affect us and how we can overcome them!    Please rate and review the show as a show of support!  Thank you much!   Follow me on Social Media for weekly motivational and spiritual content from the perspective of higher consciousness!
