Special guests James Bryant, Director of Career Services, and Rohina Behrmann, Director of Employer Services, of the Full Employment Council of Kansas City, join us as we discuss their roles in business and industry in Missouri. Together they create and implement training programs that are employer centered, to support industry needs, as well as providing support to the willing and eager workforce in Missouri. Their goal is to get individuals "skilled up" so that they can succeed on the job.
