Breaking it down with Dr. Dell Mabunda
In this podcast, I break down how easy and healthy it can be to establish a vision for your life using the concept of writing letters to your future self. Vision is what helps you set realistic goals, and establish long-lasting changes in your life. In my psychotherapy sessions, I have come to understand how essential these are as part of building an effective life, to be a person of high character who is consistently at the top of their game. All this in the context of a mentally healthy you, as there is no point in reaching for the stars when you are too ill to appreciate your success.
