Both of us are Doctors of Pharmacy, co-owners of A Teaspoon of Wisdom and the happy parents of our son, Huckleberry Boblak. To supplement her Western training, Sylvia completed Ayurvedic studies at Kerala Ayurveda Academy in order to gain a better perspective on what true preventative care requires: mindful food choices and positive daily habits.
