It’s December, 1991 in Austin, Texas, families are excited for Christmas and shopping for gifts in anticipation, students are excited for the upcoming holiday break ready to be free from school and hang out with friends all day. Jennifer, Sarah, Eliza and Amy weren’t that different from other teen girls, they were four smart young woman with a love for animals and life. While working one of their shifts at “I can’t believe it’s yogurt” Sarah and Amy joined Eliza and Jennifer after their first trip to the mall alone, excited, waiting to go home for their sleepover that night. Except that sleepover would never come. At 11:47pm an officer reported smoke coming out from the Yogurt shop, a fire had started and when the firemen arrived they found the bodies of 4 teen girls.
