To combat this, the research introduces the C.R.A.P. strategic framework, which encourages leaders to comprehend, recognize, act against, and prevent meaningless rhetoric. Proposed interventions include fostering critical thinking, implementing evidence-based management, and simplifying professional language to eliminate confusing acronyms.
