As we close out 2023, watch/listen to me get way too real about 2 BIG THINGS I have been dealing with this year…MY DOUBLE Ds!!!👀 Hahaha ok sorry the double Ds in question are my Depression and Diabetes. Yep, life kinda threw some not too shocking curveballs my way this year and as always I’m here to share TMI nobody asked for 🤫 NO PUN INTENDED but this year has been really bittersweet (get it, cos I’m diabetic…) and I am glad I’m ending it with some semblance of a hold on it — which feels nice🥹 ANYWAYS, if you have any questions related to all the deets I shared about both my mental & physical health journeys then pls ask away in my DMs!
