This is where we begin. Join us, Roger and I will be discussing many topics that will help us try and unlock our habitual subconscious thought patterns to find our truest selves to help better our lives and bring us closer to self actualization. On our journey, we will have special guests discussing their experiences with some of our topics brought up. We will have a wide variety of topics to discuss, including but not limited to; character defects we hide behind; people, places, and things that we need along the way for growth; simple solutions to practice centering ourselves and grounding ourselves; and many many more topics to come. Our goal is to help guide at least one person and if that works, that is the gift. As we will always say, Love is our guiding force, so let us love you until you learn to love yourself!
