24: My Skin Peeled Off

I have been ITCHING to record a podcast again (literally itching) but my sacral said wait wait wait WAIT WAIT. I have continued to live nomadically, resolved a cockroach phobia, stopped over sharing my internal experience, my skin peeled off, grew a new one and moved to Sydney.
