Contending for the Faith

IS HE ENOUGH?

At some point of a believers walk with God, this question has came from their mouth. Old or young, new or mature, each one of us have said this either within ourselves, or externally to our closet counsel.I believe it to be an important question that persists in our hardest seasons! Though difficult are the times we find ourselves in when we ask this question, it is our response of choosing to focus on Christ instead of the alternative that births a stronger faith and deeper more intimate relationship with God!But.. Lets go deeper into it, lets all search for the answer too... Is God enough?

Contending for the Faith

The walk of Faith is not an easy one as we know. It pushes out of our own personal comfort zones, and into a place that requires our full attention and focus on Jesus as He is author and finisher of our faith. We look to Him in the word of God, walking as He walked everyday of our lives. Its being a leader within our environment, choosing holiness over selfishness, peace over strife, and love over bitterness. To be a light means we are going to face offense, whether it be from a co-worker or loved one, we will need to deal with our own egos and pride, and be peace makers! Today lets talk about contending for the faith!

Suicide Prevention ep

During this month we need to stop and pause.. Pause for our many brothers and sister in Christ who struggle with depression, anxiety, and suicide. A pause to tell our brothers and sisters that we seem them and love them. I struggled with depression and anxiety, and i want to tell you that through Christ i made it though as well! There is peace and Joy in Jesus! There is victory where there is victory, there is freedom as well! We are far more then what the enemy wants us to think, and i am proud of you for getting up another day! i Love you keeping walking by faith. You will see the goodness of God!

GOD Loves Projects

We often carry ourselves out of God's light because we deem ourselves unworthy of His love because of our past, coupled with the guilt and shame that came with it. God is not afraid of our past or are burdens. In fact God works His best work with the most broken of people! Think Paul who wrote most of the NT, Peter who denied Jesus 3 times, and many others riddled all over the Bible. So.. Be encouraged! Lets walk together in the fact that GOD loves Projects
