if you've experienced some sort of sexual trauma, first of all im sorry, but secondly you may not struggle with sex and intimacy. it has taken a lot for me to admit that I hate sex but I do, its just not enjoyable anymore. this is me ranting about it and sharing some really helpful advice from my therapist. enjoy the ep xoxo al<3

I made this original list over a year ago and I am going through it again to see what has stayed the same and what has changed.
