As a former member of the Corps of Royal Engineers, Andrew discusses his own mental health journey, how Walking With the Wounded has supported him, and why he is now sharing his experiences to help others. Andrew and Alie talk openly about key stress triggers, why is it difficult for people to talk about their mental health and what can we do to encourage people to be more open about this.
